New Temp Controller Features

Dec. 1, 2003
As one of the latest additions to the vendor’s Green Series Temperature Controllers, the UT351 Digital Indicating Controller has two new features.

One is active color display, allowing the controller to change the color of the PV display from green to red, or from red to green, based on the status of process conditions. For applications such as industrial furnaces that use zone control configurations, for example, this feature makes it easy to see which zones are out of range or in-alarm. The second new feature enables the UT351 to connect to the Internet or any Ethernet network to exchange data with computers or devices via Modbus TCP/IP. This capability allows remote process monitoring and management from anywhere in the world.
