Easy Setup Fork Sensor

Oct. 1, 2003
One-piece “plug-and-play” laser sensors feature pre-aligned optics integrated into a family of metal fork-style bodies in the latest addition to the BGL line.

The design of the Laser BGL thru-beam fork sensor allows fast, accurate installation without the need for special brackets or beam alignment procedures. Designed for use in high-volume, in-process error proofing assembly operations, the Laser BGL uses a safe Class 2 laser that produces resolution down to 0.03 mm. The Laser BGL is available in 30 mm, 50 mm, 80 mm and 120 mm sizes.
