Diagnostically Smart Temperature Transmitter

Nov. 30, 2011
The STT250 temperature transmitter features advanced diagnostics for proactively managing the health of field devices to prevent failures before they occur.

All HART variants of the STT250 are also compatible with the HART 6 open standard, allowing for even more device health monitoring. The new transmitters also support other open standards, such as the Electronic Device Description Language (EDDL) or certified Device Type Manager files, for fast startup and commissioning. Units also feature TUV SIL2 safety certification, allowing use with safety applications that require hot backups.
