Elobau sensor technology introduces a new concept: a safety controller with two safety outputs that can accommodate both E-stops and door sensors plus a reset pushbutton input for manual restarts.

The 470 111 B1 can also be used in conjunction with the new Intelligent Interface modules and support up to 16 sensors and E-stops while still maintaining SIL 2 / PLd and stop category 0.  This gives the user a compact alternative for multiple sensors and eliminates the need for several controllers that can only be used for one type of input.

The unit is only 22.5 mm wide and features a choice of spring clamp, screw, or double insertion, captive wiring terminations.
