HMI Platform

July 20, 2010
With its NEMA4/IP65 front panel, the new IPPC-6192A Industrial Panel PC can withstand harsh conditions in most industrial environments.

The new HMI platform comes with 19-in. LCD display and Intel Core 2 Quad or Core 2 Duo Processor, and has a dual-channel DDR3 memory bus (twice the data rate of DDR2). The processor and chip-set combination form the foundation for Intel's vPro technology, which provides remote out-of-band manageability, improved security and energy efficient performance, Advantech adds.

Suited for many diverse applications, the HMI platform comes with a touchscreen feature and supports Windows 7 and WinXp. Other features include a control box with a gull-wing design for component installation and maintenance.
