Programmable Gateways with embedded Linux

Advantech introduces the EKI-1121L and 1122L ARM-based Industrial Communication Controllers that offer pre-installed embedded Linux operation system for user-developed communications, monitoring and control applications.
Based on an ARM 7 SoC (System on Chip), the gateways feature a dual 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports, and one or two serial ports that are configurable for RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485. The products are Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Class 1, Division 2 approved and are suited for oil and gas, mining and chemical processing applications. Suited for demanding environments, the products are packaged in metal IP30 rated chassis; also include DIN-rail and direct panel mounts for easy installation.
