PROCESS: Shell To Deploy World's "Largest" Floating Plant

The Royal Dutch Shell Company will by deploy the world's "largest" floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant in the Prelude field, off the coast of Australia.

Announced May 20, the floating plant will cost more than $12 billion to
