The courses are designed to train, support and increase the knowledge base and retention of all users. The web-based training classes offer cost-effective, productive and optimized training solutions that are self-paced, and reviewable. Please visit the following website to view more information on Yokogawa’s philosophy for web-based training: (http://www.praxistech.com/media/yokogawa/elearning/).

"The web based training allows our customers to sign up for courses that are geared toward a specific area", said David Johnson, President and CEO. "Whether attendees are operators, engineers, technicians or managers that need training on a specific Yokogawa product, the e-learning is now available to assist our customers on their own schedule as a private tutoring session without them having to travel or leave their offices."

The Yokogawa Corporation of America Education Center introduces the first web-based training class: the "CENTUM VP Trainer". The training consists of modular self-paced training and demonstrations with hands-on interactive exercises, plus question and answer sessions engineered to instruct students about all facets of the Centum VP system, including system hardware, layout, operation, and display functionality. To see a demonstration of the CENTUM VP Trainer class please visit the following website: (http://www.praxistech.com/demonstration/centum_vp_trainer/).

To enroll in the CENTUM VP Trainer class online, please visit the following website www.yokogawa.com/us/training then select "Online Enrollment".

Yokogawa and Praxis will continue to launch web-based training modules addressing various field products. As our customers’ workforce is changing constantly, these classes will help them to learn basic process control in a more efficient and economical manner.
