Eberhart Named CEO at Invensys Process Systems

Invensys plc (www.invensys.com) has announced that Paulett Eberhart, a former EDS Corp. executive, has been appointed chief executive officer and president of Invensys’ Process Systems division, headquartered in Foxboro, Mass. Ken Brown, who has served as acting president of Invensys Process Systems since last June will re-assume his former position as general manager of the division’s Measurements & Instruments business unit.

Eberhart joined Electronic Data Systems Corp. (EDS), the Plano, Texas-based global technology services company, in 1978. She held a number of senior roles within EDS, most recently as president of its largest operating unit, the Americas. Other roles included senior vice president and president, solutions consulting, and senior vice president, information solutions.
