New Automation World Web Site Launched

Sept. 9, 2006
With a goal of better serving the automation community, Automation World has launched a new, enhanced Web site at www.automationworld.com.
The new site has been built from the ground up to facilitate interactivity, search and ease of finding relevant content. Content is grouped and accessible via single link by discipline, channel, products or applications. Automation World readers are typically found in one of three discipline categories: operations & engineers, managers & executives or networking & IT professionals. Simply clicking on the appropriate link groups articles, news, white papers and other content relevant to that discipline.

Editorial content is also accessible by unique channels: automation & control systems, networks & connectivity, production & performance management, service & support, and training & events. Visitors can also find content grouped by product category, type of application or industry.

The convenient left-hand navigation bar follows you from page to page and an extensive site search is also available. In addition to edited content, visitors can also find sponsored white papers and other information.

Finally, there are quick links to events in the world of automation, archived Webcasts, the Weblog and Podcasts of Editor in Chief Gary Mintchell, and other content.
