These stainless steel motors are implemented completely in a food-grade design with AISI 316L housing and a stainless steel shaft, are rated IP 67 (optionally IP 69K) and are suitable for cleaning with high-pressure cleaners. They can be used in extremely harsh or corrosive environments and are particularly suitable for use in the food, chemical or pharmaceutical industries. A built-in temperature sensor passes data to the drive via the single cable. The series encompasses three sizes, each with three overall lengths. The power range extends from 1 to 8 Nm standstill torque. The motor flanges are implemented in B5 form and are compatible with AM8000 series flanges to simplify the conversion of existing plants and machinery. Options include a sealing air connection to prevent condensation inside the motor, a holding brake or a multi-turn encoder.
