WinCC Unified Siqence is a Siemens control system for batch applications using Simatic S7-1500 controllers, engineering with TIA Portal and WinCC Unified visualization. WinCC Unified Siqence extends the system with recipe-control functionality for PLC-based batch processing in compliance with the ISA88 standard. With faceplates and editors, Siqence allows the creation of recipe procedures with parameters during runtime, as well as the management of batches with graphical batch monitoring and batch reports. The graphical batch monitoring view provides all process-relevant information to track production and react if necessary.
