Pro-face has released the GP-Pro EX version 5.0, the latest evolution of its industry-standard HMI screen editing software. This update delivers a suite of new features and enhancements designed to meet the growing demands of smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0, including OPC UA Support for secure, vendor-independent communication across industrial systems and GP6000 series compatibility to support Pro-face’s latest HMI hardware. Expanded device and function support includes XY graph support for the ST6000, STM6000, STC6000, and ET6000 series, new FTP server and email functions for ET6000 series, and enhanced integration with GP-Viewer EX and Pro-Server EX. The modernized user interface features refreshed icons, flat PDX shapes, and improved numeric display expressions for a cleaner, more intuitive design experience.
