Digital Controller

The Merobel DG-Block is a ready-to-use closed loop digital controller designed for an array of load and torque simulations for electric motor development. It has compact size and front side USB type B connector. For multi-stand applications, the DG-Block can distribute the main data and the process instruction from one master device to several following devices via a rear-mounted bust. DG-Block comes with an intuitive software environment called DG-BlockSoft. Features include a built-in precision amplifier for one or two sensors, compatibility with any load cell technology, a PID regulation algorithm, and open- and closed-loop functionality. Emergency stop torque is proportional to the set point and the soft-start function has a programmable ramp. The controllers are Modbus TCP/IP communication capable.
