Hazardous Location Position Sensors

April 3, 2023

NewTek’s NT-HL-750 Series of LVDT (linear variable differential) position sensors for hazardous locations monitor the structural integrity of liquified natural gas tanks, helping to meet FERC regulations for structural health monitoring. These sensors are approved for use in Class 1, Zone 0, and Zone 2 locations, are Intertek-approved, and hold an ETL certification for use in hazardous locations throughout North America. The sensors also operate safely in the presence of flammable or ignitable gases and liquids. NewTek’s NT-HL-750 series of linear position sensors have standard lead times of 6 to 8 weeks, with expediting options available for emergency requirements.
