Small AC Motors

Sept. 1, 2003
With a 4.09 inches square motor frame size, the BHF Series is said by the vendor to be the smallest size 200W output motor on the market.

BFH Series 50/60 Hz AC motors are available with inverter speed control and low-noise, pre-assembled gear motors including right angle gear heads with hollow or solid shafts, as well as parallel shaft gear heads. Available gear ratios range from 5:1 to 180:1 for the right angle series and 3:1 to 180:1 for standard parallel shaft series. Gear motor shaft torques range from 14.1 lb-in to 530 lb-in, depending on gear head type and shaft speed. Motor-only models are also available, with permissible torque of up to 11.25 lb-in. The dedicated inverter provides speed stability at +/- 3 percent at 100 to 2400 rpm.
