Along with Stäubli Corporation Fellows Karl Garant and Justin Callies, recognized during the ceremony was Yves Stäubli, CEO, Roger Varin, CFO and Joe Gemma, Division Manager, Stäubli Corporation, Robotics Division.
A $30,000 gift from Stäubli Corporation provides graduate fellowships for students in the automotive-engineering program at the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR).
In addressing the honorees, Tom Kurfess, the BMW Endowed Chair in Manufacturing said, "Your support allows us to bring in top-notch students which derives a better product for the marketplace and raises the level of the automotive engineering program. This is a win-win for everyone."
