Flex Cables With Connectors

July 1, 2006
Designed for use in cable carrier systems on automated machinery, Chainflex continuous-flex cables are now available with over-molded connectors.

Chainflex CF.INI is based on Chainflex CF9, which has a tight bend radius of five times the outer diameter. The low-profile, over-molded thermal-plastic connector body with integral strain relief is sealed to prevent the intrusion of water. The connectors are available as straight or right-angle configurations. Industry standard M8 or M12 connectors in 3-, 4- and 5-pole configurations are also available. Chainflex CF.INI connector coupling rings are constructed with rugged, nickel-plated brass. The product is available with visible LED indicators to facilitate maintenance checks and reviews of system status and performance.
