Sept. 8, 2014
The DF62W Series feature a simplified, slim design and smooth contour for connecting inside small spaces.

Providing IP67-rated protection, the connectors measure 27.10 mm x 10.20 mm x 12.00 mm when mated. The water resistant feature is accomplished via a wire seal and housing seal that are pre-assembled in the housing. The crimped contacts and wire are easily inserted through the seals to complete the cable assembly. The wire-to-wire connector series has a multi-row pin layout arranged in a grid pattern that significantly reduces the size of the diagonal diameter, and the units have no exposed metal components, reducing the possibility of shock. A simple center latch that provides a tactile click during mating and visual confirmation of a completed lock condition. The latch is also protected by tapered side guards that prevent entanglement in the harness and accidental unmating. Current ratings are up to 3 A, voltage rating is 250 VAC/DC, and operating temperature range is -35 °C to +105 °C.
