The SGD 420 series consists of three 320 x 240 pixel (QVGA) TFT color displays available in 2.4-inch, 2.8-inch and 3.5-inch sizes. Like all the displays in the range, they are fully customizable using the company's PanelPilot software platform. To program, the user downloads software from www.panelpilot.com. After connecting the display to the computer using a mini-USB cable, users can then select the meter style required in the software before customizing it to their specific requirements. Select custom colors, text labels, splash screen and voltage scaling before uploading the configuration to the display using the USB connection. A number of 4-20 mA apps are available on the site. Also programmed using PanelPilot software, the SGD 24-M-IP is an IP67/NEMA 6 graphics display. Completely waterproof from the front and rear, this 2.4-inch display has rugged and scratch resistant Corning Gorilla Glass window and IP67 12 way connector supplied on the back of the unit.
