The SR160, with integrated Sendix Encoder, is suited for filling systems, labeling and sealing machines, construction equipment and more with rotational speeds of 150 RPM. It provides position information in addition to contactless Ethernet transmission — either two channels at 100 Mbps multiplexed or one channel at 1 Gbps, as well as condition monitoring and position, temperature and humidity sensing. It can even transmit video signals. The ability to transmit data separately achieves higher data rates and improves safety and application flexibility in harsh environments.
