The Basic Line Series B from Weidmuller now includes a line of cost-effective unmanaged switches with high EMC compatibility, extended temperature ranges and numerous certifications for a wide range of industrial applications. This line supports Profinet CC-A and Ethernet/IP networks, with features including quality of service (QoS), broadcast storm protection and LLDP filtering. This new line of unmanaged switches is easy to install with tool-free, snap-in mounting and push-in wiring. Additional features include: five to 24 ports with fast Ethernet and Gigabit and SFP interfaces for fiber optics; approvals such as CE, UKCA, cULus, C1D2, KCC, BSMI, IECEx and ATEX; DIP switches featuring QoS configuration; broadcast storm protection; MAC frame filtering; and energy efficient Ethernet IEEE 802.3az.
