Altech Corporation announced its new CFTD fan monitoring modules series, which includes three models: CFTD2 (two-fan), CFTD4 (four-fan standard) and CFTDPR4 (four- fan with AC power redundancy). Each system features precision current monitoring with configurable over- and under-current thresholds and automatic calibration that establishes baseline parameters for accurate fault detection. Models also include three-wire RTD sensor inputs for temperature monitoring with programmable set points and 4-20mA analog output for integration with building management systems. Three fault recovery methods boost operational flexibility: alarm-only, manual reset or automatic retry with 30-second intervals. The flagship CFTDPR4 features an operating temperature range of 0°C to 50°C and is DIN rail compatible.
