The new 10 kg payload robots provide a reach of 1249 mm and 1418 mm respectively, and feature sensitive contact detection that allows them to work safely alongside people in a variety of industrial and manufacturing jobs. They are easy to install: even users with no experience using a robot can set them up straight out of the box, and their lightweight and compact arms fits in virtually any floor space configuration. Lead-though teach programming and a new tablet interface with icons for touch control means no programming knowledge is required. The units support the company’s intelligent features such as integrated iRVision and iRPickTool software, and connect easily with third-party grippers.
