The DHPL long-stroke grippers for high-load and high-torque applications feature a lighter weight, higher precision and require no maintenance. The grippers have three rugged guide rods and a rack and pinion design resulting in ≤ 0.03 mm repetition accuracy. Force ratings range from 40 N to 750 N while jaw stroke ranges from 20 mm to 200 mm. Flexibility in mounting and sensor placement is made possible by pin holes to ensure precise positioning and jaw interfaces to allow additional fingers and brackets. Pneumatic end-position cushioning is standard and can be adjusted according to the moving mass and speed.
