AutomationDirect HMI
AutomationDirect has added the CM5-RHMI headless HMI which has all the functionality of the C-more CM5 touch panel HMIs but without display size restrictions. This HDMI-enabled device works with most other HDMI display devices of any size to display real-time operational data or messages. The CM5-RHMI provides an SD card slot for log files, project memory or graphic media, and offers 90 MB of user memory. The four integrated USB ports allow connections to industrial touch screen monitor displays or can be used for USB mouse operations. Two serial ports and two 10/100 Base-T Ethernet ports also provide support for all the major protocols.
OnLogic Panel PCs
The Tacton TC401 is a rugged all-in-one panel PC with integrated AI acceleration capabilities provided by Intel 12th Gen Alder Lake-N processors. The panel PC’s extensive I/O is augmented by customization capabilities via OnLogic's proprietary ModBay. To provide additional flexibility in compute performance and application, OnLogic also released the Tacton TN101, a line of standalone displays that can be used in conjunction with any of OnLogic's other industrial or rugged computers. The modular design of the Tacton Series allows the TC401 and TN101 to be configured with one of 18 high-resolution displays with IP66 or IP69K ratings. The Tacton Series can be installed via standard VESA mount or panel mounted.
Siemens HMI Panel
The Simatic WinCC Unified allows users to optimize operator guidance, access support in the planning and traceability of production processes, have flexible access to all data, and efficient tools for analysis and minimizing downtime. The proprietary operating system based on Simatic industrial OS offers maximum security. You can deactivate or uninstall the interfaces and system apps you don’t need. Each Unified Comfort Panel offers two integrated web clients. A maximum of three remote accesses are possible at the same time. Security and firmware updates are downloaded onto the devices directly via the TIA Portal or the Simatic Automation Tool.
Pepperl+Fuchs Aluminum Enclosure
The VisuNet FLX series of aluminum enclosures is designed for indoor and outdoor applications that require extended temperature ranges of -20 to +50°C. The robust housing not only offers optimal heat dissipation, but also high resistance. Additional sun shields can be attached to the sides, top edge and rear as required. They also serve as protection against rain and other environmental conditions.
IDEC HMI
The HG1J series is the successor of the HG1G series HMIs from IDEC to provide an upgrade path for existing installations. Ratings for extreme temperatures from -20 to 55°C, IP66 and IP67 for wash-down areas, IP66F and IP67F for oil resistance, UL61010, UL Type 4X/13, and Class I Div 2 make the HG1J HMI suitable for a range of applications and locations. A variety of connectivity options are provided and the HG1J supports the use of up to four protocols simultaneously.
Beckhoff IPC
The C6675 control cabinet industrial PC from Beckhoff supports requirements for adaptive manufacturing, machine learning and other digital transformation applications. Building on proven Beckhoff technologies, the new IPC has a robust ATX motherboard and high-performance GPU cards. With properties typical of an industrial server, the C6675 consolidates numerous complex automation tasks previously handled by separate controllers into one high-powered device. The rugged housing, heat dissipation and power supply tech from the C6670 series enables the controller to use additional high-performance graphics cards.
VTScada Updated Security Certification
The IEC 62443 4-1 cybersecurity certification for the VTScada Software Development Lifecycle has been upgraded to Maturity Level 3 (ML3). After achieving ML2 in 2022, international certification authority exida.com promoted the software to level 3 after their most recent process audit. This recognizes that not only has the company codified practices and procedures that meet the IEC 62443 4-1 standard, but they have also proven to be consistently using and improving upon them.
Unitronics PLC+HMI+I/O
Unitronics’ UniStream 7-in. built-in, all-in-one controller is available in two series: UniStream 7-in. Built-in and UniStream 7-in. Built-in Pro. Both series support MQTT, SNMP, VNC, FTP, SMS, email and communications via GSM/GPRS modem. The Pro version also offers a built-in webserver, audio jack and video support, as well as SQL. Key features include: auto-tuned PID, data logging, data tables and recipes, data sampling displayed via built-in trends and gauges, alarms, multi-level passwords, and plug-and-play communications for CANopen, CAN Layer2, Modbus, EtherNet/IP and more.
Wago HMI Series
The Visual Panel 200 series HMIs from Wago are built to withstand the toughest industrial and commercial conditions. Emerson Configuration Software
The PAC Machine Edition 10.6 is the integrated development environment software used to configure and manage control system devices, including PACSystems PLCs, QuickPanel HMIs and more. PACSystems Simulator is a newly incorporated component, empowering users to write, test and troubleshoot control logic on a PLC emulator. An all-new data monitor component allows developers to quickly diagnose and resolve logic issues using plotted data. Fuji Electric HMI
The New Monitouch V10 joins the Monitouch V9, TechnoShot and X1 series of HMI products available from Fuji Electric Corp. The new Monitouch V10 Series offers the high-speed processing of a quad-core CPU, allowing for stable operation and communication on high-load screens, an advanced storage device (eMMC) reduces startup/transfer time and man-hours, and the panel cutout size and functions are fully compatible with existing V series.
Newark Enclosure
The MP007230 from Multicomp Pro is a rugged aluminum enclosure with a neoprene seal, providing IP66-rated protection against dust and water. Made from AlSi12 aluminum alloy, it withstands -40°C to +80°C and offers IK09 impact resistance. EZAutomation HMI
The made in America EZ7 detachable HMI from EZAutomation is an HMI split into two parts. The touchscreen and display constitute the front panel; the back panel houses the logic and communication. If the touch screen and/or display needs to be replaced, it takes less than two minutes to unscrew the damaged front panel and replace it with a new one. In addition, the door of the control cabinet does not need a large rectangular cutout. Instead, only a ¾-in. hole is needed for the HDMI cable connecting the front panel to the back panel. The screen is hot-swappable and can be upgraded to a bigger screen.
