OnRobot has released its new VGP30 vacuum gripper, featuring a 30kg payload for palletizing boxes and handling irregular shapes and porous surfaces, such as those constructed from thinner cardboard. The VGP30 is ready for immediate deployment out of the box and includes all the hardware and software needed for compatibility with all leading robot brands. Features include intelligent vacuum control, multichannel capability and seamless integration with OnRobot’s D:Ploy automatic software development platform, which enables the configuration of complete, off-the-shelf robotic systems for high-mix manufacturing applications.
