Balluff 18 series diffuse sensors detect objects based on their surface, color and material. The transmitter and receiver are housed together in a single unit so that users can easily mount the diffuse photoelectric sensors and align them quickly using their highly visible light beams. Depending on the model, these diffuse sensors offer users highly visible red light, invisible infrared light, or very precise laser light suited for detecting small parts. For color-independent and surface-independent detection, the company recommends diffuse sensors with background suppression. Diffuse sensors with background suppression detect objects within a set switching distance, without being affected by reflective backgrounds. Object and background can be differentiated by these sensors due to their low gray value shift and hysteresis.
The MG series magnets are available in various compact configurations, strengths and magnetic materials and are intended for use as actuators for Hall-effect and magneto-resistive sensor integrated circuits with unipolar or omnipolar magnetic characteristics. These magnets are designed to provide minimum magnetic fields at a specified distance to help system designers match the appropriate magnet to their requirements. The MG series of magnets operate in temperatures ranging from -40° to 300°C. These magnets are also offered with threaded bushings for easy installation and have a good resistance to demagnetization.
The compact OD2000 displacement measurement sensor is an economical stand-alone sensor for accurate distance measurement. The universally applicable sensor has a distance reach of up to 1200mm. Using high-precision triangulation, it detects even the smallest differences in height in the micrometer range. With top values in terms of linearity and repeatability as well as a measuring frequency of up to 7.5 kHz, the OD2000 delivers reliable distance data on virtually any surface. Thanks to Sick’s plug-and-play concept, the sensor can be integrated quickly. In addition, the sensor can be configured via its OLED display or the IO-Link interface and software.
TE Connectivity's Measurement Specialties 69XXN wireless LoRaWAN pressure transducers are high-accuracy transducers covering multiple wireless communication options, including LoRaWAN and Bluetooth Low Energy. The 69XXN series is designed for liquid and gas pressure measurement and is suitable for difficult media like contaminated water or corrosive fluids. These pressure transducers are IP66/67 rated and exceed heavy industrial CE requirements. The transducers feature programmable thresholds for event detection and are customer-configurable for various applications.
