A new high-purity regulator, the first of its kind to deliver consistent supply under ultra-low pressure variations for specialized non-corrosive applications, has been introduced by CONCOA.
Ideal for a wide variety of non-corrosive applications including those previously unable to be serviced with a traditional high-purity regulator, the innovative high-purity, ultra-low Series 213 regulator is designed for primary pressure control regardless of supply pressure variations. Additionally, it is well-suited for maintaining an inert gas blanket or purge on the top of reactive or flammable chemical tanks or systems, providing precise pressure control to fuel systems or BTU calorimeters, purging low-pressure environmental chambers, and attaining precise control for delicate instrument float tables.
With 316L stainless steel diaphragms in the first and second stages, the Series 213 regulator is singularly designed to deliver extremely low outlet pressures over a broad range of flows. Starting at delivery pressures as low as 0.1 psig that can be adjusted in 0.05 to 0.1 psig increments, the series is available in two delivery-pressure ranges, 0.1 to 2.0 psig and 0.1 to 5 psig. Design includes fine-pressure adjustment that is stable over the life of the cylinder and leak integrity of 1 x 10-8 ssc/sec.
