The Capital Electra X from Siemens is a new cloud-native electrical design software-as-a-service product aimed at individual electrical designers or small teams. This is a browser based system that allows engineers to create electrical schematics from any device. Capital Electra X is based on technology from Radica Software, which Siemens recently acquired. Users can generate reports at any time with one click in Capital Electra X, with flexibility to include or exclude fields. Additionally, Capital Electra X allows users to collaborate with team members by providing a Team Dashboard with access to any drawings and the ability to edit access permissions.
