Constant Change, Annual EDGE Awards
If there is one truth in the design and engineering space, it is this: change is constant.
That's a good thing, of course. Change is evolution. Change represents innovation and expanded capabilities in product design and function.
And that constant change is why we host the EDGE Awards each year. In a space with perpetual growth, regularly recognizing and rewarding those doing the growing simply makes sense.
What I find exciting about our annual EDGE Awards is the voices in the conversation. It ain't us within the participating Endeavor media brands. It's you; EDGE Award winners are chosen by the readers of Machine Design, Electronic Design, Power & Motion, Microwaves & RF, Military + Aerospace Electronics, Automation World, Control Design, and Control who vote for entries from 16 different categories.
Why do companies enter each year? The EDGE Awards provide tremendous exposure. In addition to identifying themselves as leaders in the design and engineering market, the EDGE Awards provide winners and nominees repeated reach to industry decision-makers who engage with our brands' magazines, newsletters and websites. The people who should be seeing your work will see your work, in the best light possible.
Being an honoree is a validation entrants' offerings from a respected authority in the design and engineering space. It’s a terrific way to reinforce the value of products to existing and potential customers, and is an additional tool for their sales team to use as part of sales pitches.
Not for nothing—the trophy looks cool, too. (We're using a new design for 2027 that looks particularly impressive.)
So I encourage you to submit your entry for the 2027 EDGE Awards, powered by QNX. We've already received some terrific entries, and we're excited to see (and spotlight) what comes next.
