Control Valve Diagnostics Software

Metso Valve Manager diagnostics software takes predictive control valve maintenance to a new level by making information more user friendly and more easily understandable. The software processes collected diagnostics information and makes visual the condition of the valve with five different indices: control performance, valve condition, actuator condition, positioner condition, and condition of the operating environment. This means control valve performance can be maintained at optimum levels by continuously monitoring the condition of the installed base and taking the necessary preventive actions. Available maintenance resources also can be more efficiently allocated during shutdowns. The software is available for the ND9000 series intelligent valve controllers, which include several built-in sensors measuring various internal parameters.
