Held at the Westin River North in Chicago, Ill., the event’s theme is “Real-World Solutions from Design to Delivery” and will spotlight business process management. Tracks will include how best-in-class companies manage to control costs and product priorities, improve new product introductions, and overall service delivery.  Drawing on seasoned managers, these sessions will feature vice presidents and C-level manufacturing executives revealing top strategies and tactics applied by their organizations to not only manage change, but to use it as a competitive advantage.
