Mr. Horta has worked in various positions for both public and private water and wastewater facilities including the City of Boca Raton Utility Services, Palm Beach County Utilities, Utilities Incorporated (Miles Grant Water and Sewer) and the City of Pahokee, Florida. Additionally, he worked on Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system design and integration for numerous other municipalities while at the engineering firm, Hazen and Sawyer.
