Invensys’ President and CEO, Michael Caliel, to Deliver Keynote Address at the 2013 PAS Technology Conference

PAS, a Human Reliability software solutions provider, announced today that Michael Caliel, President and Chief Executive Officer of Invensys Operations Management, will deliver a keynote address at the 2013 PAS Technology Conference held at the Hilton Americas hotel in Houston, Texas. Caliel is expected to speak on Wednesday, April 24, 2013.

PAS, a Human Reliability software solutions provider, announced today that Michael Caliel, President and Chief Executive Officer of Invensys Operations Management, will deliver a keynote address at the 2013 PAS Technology Conference held at the Hilton Americas hotel in Houston, Texas. Caliel is expected to speak on Wednesday, April 24, 2013.

The conference theme, “Human Reliability: The Evolution of Plant Performance” will focus on Human Reliability and the technologies that help optimize human performance to improve plant safety, reliability and profitability. Human Reliability addresses the burgeoning challenges of information overload by aggregating and organizing data from disparate sources.

The PAS Technology Conference will bring PAS clients and partners (Invensys being one of them) from around the globe together with experts in optimizing automation assets, alarm management, high performance human machine interface (HMI), knowledge retention and decision support, automation asset management, industrial cyber security, control loop performance optimization, and plant reliability. The conference will deliver insightful conversations on today’s industry trends and networking opportunities.

Michael Caliel is the president and chief executive officer of the Invensys Operations Management division of Invensys plc and has more than 25 years of industry experience. Before rejoining Invensys in January 2012, he served as the president and chief executive officer of Houston, Texas-based Integrated Electrical Services, Inc. Prior to that, he was president of Invensys Process Systems from 2001 to 2006, after serving as the president of the company’s North America, Europe and Middle East Operations, as well as president of the company’s Americas region and vice president, North America Operations.
