On the 18th October 2014, Beamex teamed up with up and coming young racing driver Mark Draghicescu and his Speedsport racing team for the final race of the season at Silverstone: Mark was placed on the podium in 3rd Place.
Competing in the prestigious and very competitive Historic Formula Ford Championship Mark was driving the Beamex Merlyn Mk20A Formula Ford which has a top speed of 130 mph and can accelerate from 0-60mph in well under four seconds!
Mark is originally from Portland, Oregon. He has aspirations to reach the highest levels of the sport and has impressed with his results so far. With an experienced management team behind him– Mark could well be one to watch for the future.
