HARTING now offers live support through their VideoCall an Expert service starting on October 8, 2015. HARTING developed this service as part of their commitment to supporting their customers in all phases of their projects.

This service is free and will be available at HARTINGVideoCall.com or through the HARTING USA website. There, customers will be able to call from their Apple or Android device or through their computer. HARTING will offer two ways of using this service - customers can “Schedule a VideoCall” to select a time in the future or “VideoCall an Expert Now” to set up a face-to-face with one of HARTING’s Field Applications Engineers within minutes.

HARTING knows their customers’ time is valuable and any downtime means a loss in revenue. The VideoCall service will help reduce downtime by eliminating the difficulty of explaining challenges over the phone. “We want to make problem solving simple for our customers,” said Jon DeSouza, President and CEO of HARTING, Inc. of North America, “If an engineer has an issue they can use VideoCall to show the problem to one our Field Application Engineers and get help in real time, saving them time and headache while increasing productivity.”

The HARTING VideoCall an Expert service supports Cisco Webex for scheduled calls and Skype and FaceTime for immediate calls. It will be available from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST) Monday – Friday.
