Strengthening its commitment to customer service, Flair Flexible Packaging welcomes Amanda Zick to the position of Sales Support Team Leader. In this multi-faceted role, Zick will support sales, marketing, and customer support teams in the ongoing development of programs that facilitate launching and sustaining product lines determined to be strategic to the growth of the company and benefit of customers.
Through over a decade in customer and sales support roles, Zick has enjoyed many opportunities to develop organizational, analytical, and reporting skills including earning Six-Sigma Green Belt certification for process improvement using the DMAIC Process, 5 Why’s, and Root Cause Analysis. Zick’s experience identifying and correlating market trends bolsters her ability to assist in the development of demand plans for use in sales and operations planning processes, while her extensive customer service background provides a solid foundation for supporting existing customers’ needs and fostering new customer opportunities.

A graduate of Lakeland College in Neenah, WI, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing, Zick enjoys creating cross-functional relationships to gather and share insight and ideas needed to support strategic decision making, and identify opportunities for improvements relevant to the business needs of the company.
