AutomationDirect adds AcuAMP Solid Core AC Current Transformers
March 20, 2019
AcuAMP® Solid Core current transformers from AutomationDirect are instrumentation grade (commercial class) and provide a very cost-effective means of measuring primary current. Two different window openings and two mounting styles along with numerous secondary ratios are available to meet most applications.
Available in primary current ranges up to 1000A, the AC transformers are compact, accurate, and ideal for applications such as motor run status, pump dry run indication, and monitoring of conveyors, heaters, and power. Secondary current is 5A; multiple connection options for 5A input devices provide compatibility with standard power monitors, data loggers and panel meters.
Starting at $15.75, AcuAMP solid-core current transformers are cURus and CE approved and have a 2-year warranty.
Also available from AutomationDirect are split-core case AcuAMP AC transformers featuring a larger than average sensing window for convenient installation over wires or bus bars without disconnecting.
