July 17, 2019
DataProphet, a global leader in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for manufacturing, is announcing a strategic partnership with pour-tech AB, specialists in Automatic Pouring Systems for Iron Foundries, to bring practical and measurable artificial intelligence (AI) to foundries across Europe.

The partnership allows pour-tech AB’s new and existing foundry customers to easily transform their production plants, using AI, to improve quality and production.

“By partnering with DataProphet, we have the opportunity to build a unified view of plant operations, using years of written and digital production data,” said Oliver Schmitz, Sales Manager, pour-tech AB. “Through machine learning, we are excited to demonstrate real quantifiable results in plant delivery and transform factories across Europe.”

DataProphet embeds unique adaptations and advancements of deep learning, enabling AI to have a significant, practical, impact on the factory floor. Its solutions work ahead of real-time to recommend the best next action to the machine operator. This preemptively avoids yield loss and defects on the line. The technology is built to be adapted and integrated into any environment, minimising process change.

“We have a complete artificial intelligence suite that enables customers to make large improvements to mature environments without any additional capital investment,” said Frans Cronje, CEO, DataProphet. “Together with pour-tech AB, we look forward to overdelivering on the production KPIs our European customers are looking to achieve.

DataProphet is expanding rapidly internationally and has secured partnerships in Europe, North America, and South America. The company continues to look for strategic partnerships in the Americas and Europe with expansion in Asia next on the horizon.
