The Easy Tool-ID 2.0 from Balluff supports machine operators by quickly providing tool data to the machine tool. The new system drastically reduces setup times and incorrect entries.
Updates can also be made manually, allowing tool wear to be consistently documented so tool life remains up to date on the RFID chip. This optimizes tool usage.
