AMS® Suite: Asset Portal™ 3.1 Offers Enhanced Reporting Capabilities and Expanded Work Notification Support

AMS Asset Portal is a web-based predictive maintenance application that gives users a comprehensive view of asset health throughout the plant or enterprise. The new reporting capabilities in AMS Asset Portal 3.1 allow users to create customized reports for problematic assets, trend alerts from the plant level down to individual assets, and highlight the alerts generated by the highest priority assets.

AMS Asset Portal allows users to use predictive diagnostics to drive work notifications into their EAM/CMMS system and build rules and policies to trigger work orders from the most critical alerts and events. Support for automated Work Notification includes connections to MAXIMO, SAP, DataStream, TabWare, and Avantis.

By presenting a dashboard with aggregated data from all the critical assets in the plant, AMS Asset Portal allows users to see not only process variables but also a wealth of information on process and equipment health and performance.
