The MZ2Q Magnetic Cylinder Sensor is billed as the first magnetic cylinder sensor with two programmable switching points.
This “2-in-1” sensor offers rapid piston movements, two-fold final position detection of pneumatic cylinders, and the precise detection of different gripper positions. The MZ2Q can be taught to detect beginning stroke (retracted) and end stroke (extended) positions over a 2-in. (50mm) stroke size. The sensor, which offers an IP 67 enclosure rating, can be completely recessed in the T-slot. The MZ2Q is available in 2m (4-wire) and M8 (4-pin) versions.
