As the next generation of the vendor’s Pro-face brand HMIs, the AGP3000 Series of touch screen, full graphic operator interface terminals includes 19 different models ranging from small 6-inch monochrome and TFT displays to 15-inch HMI displays that are billed as “visually stunning.” The APG3000 product line is seven times faster than competing products, says the vendor, providing instant screen refresh and high-speed data sampling.

Highly detailed HMI applications are created on the new GP-Pro EX software platform. GP-Pro EX is an easy-to-use, intuitive screen editor with a range of time-saving features that reduces development and training time by as much as 50 percent. The AGP3000 Series is available with TFT LCD units supporting 65,536 colors, standard for applications requiring highly detailed information-intensive displays. The STN models offer 4,096 colors, and Monochrome LCD models offer 16 shades. Built for industrial environments, an aluminum die-cast bezel is standard in all sizes. Extensive connectivity includes USB, RS232, RS422, RS485, Siemens direct MPI serial interfaces, CompactFlash port and 10/100 Ethernet as standard on most units.
