Panel Meters

Feb. 1, 2005
The 48x96mm UDM Series panel meters includes UDM 35 units, which are 3.5-digit instruments, and UDM 40 units, which are 4-digit instruments.

The UDM Series provides powerful scaling and filtering capabilities, says the vendor, as well as wide measurement range (up to 5A/500A AC/DC, 20Kž, RTD and thermocouple input) using only four input modules. Other features include cold junction compensation, excitation output, time integration and quick assembly/maintenance due to plug-and-play modules. Parameter programming and cloning of multiple UDMs can be achieved using optional UDM-Soft software. Variable control and retransmission is performed via the four alarm setpoints, the fully scalable analog output and/or the RS232/485 serial communication port. The UDM40 has additional features such as a 3-color display that allows users to match other existing displays or to associate a different color to a different alarm condition.
