Sound Sensing for Tough Jobs

Dec. 1, 2003
The 942-T Series software programmable ultrasonic distance sensors provide the most advanced programming features in the vendor’s ultrasonic sensor line, and are designed for use in difficult applications.

Typical applications may include the winding and unwinding machinery used in paper and textile industries, bottle counting equipment in the food and beverage industries, and providing level measurement for liquids or flowing solids. 942-T features include: scan ranges from 150mm to 3500mm; analog output along with two switching outputs in the same housing; Over Range Counter; M30 chemical resistant housing; analog output range, offset and slope, programmable on a standard PC; 4mA to 20mA or true 0Vdc to 10Vdc output; NO/NC, switching/windows mode for switching outputs; and nonvolatile memory for parameters.
