Quickon-One is a two-piece, screw-less connection system for assembling field wireable connectors to sensors or cord sets. The system uses industrialized IDC contacts, which provide a gas-tight connection, and eliminates the potential for lost screws or stray copper strands during the assembly process.
With the Quickon-One system, there are no screws to loosen, no need to strip individual conductors and no special tools are required. Assembly time is 30 seconds, the vendor says. Quickon-One has a wire range of #26-#18 AWG and meets protection category IP65/67 for harsh environments.
