Device Management Software

The new software package is used to centrally manage and monitor field devices, and can now add a maintenance mark to the individual field devices. The maintenance marks indicate the device maintenance status and the marks can be linked with the function block operations marks used by the CENTUM production control system. This enables both maintenance staff and operators access to this information.

Other highlights include Windows Server 2008 support and compatibility with CommunicationDTM and GatewayDTM, functions of the open interface technology, FDT/DTM.
