The new handheld i5 and i7 Infrared cameras, from FLIR Systems, offer image quality with +/- 2% thermal accuracy.
Designed for a wide variety of applications, the "point-and-shoot" thermal imaging cameras provide a 2.8 in. color display. An 80 x 80 pixel resolution comes standard on the i5 and the i7 offers a RESNET-compliant 120 x 120 pixel resolution . Measurement modes for the ergonomic cameras include center-spot, area (minimum/maximum) and isotherm (above/below).Both IR cameras capture infrared images with the company's patented radiometric jpeg image format that permits user to rely on only one image file both for temperature analysis and reporting as well as for sharing in emails and MSWord documents.
