Televac, an industry-leading ISO9001:2008 US based manufacturer of vacuum measurement and control products, has announced availability of their compact new MX4A Active Convection Vacuum Gauge.

The new gauge utilizes an easily replaceable Televac 4A convection vacuum sensor. Key features include a wide range of measurement from 1.0 x 10-4 up to 1000 torr, excellent resolution and repeatability (for superior unit-to-unit performance), RS-485 communications, two programmable set points, and a selectable analog output.

The MX4A’s bright OLED display makes it easy to read from a distance without a PC, and options can be set from four capacitive touch controls located on the top of the unit or through RS-485 communications. The gauge’s extensive selection of fittings, simplicity of use, ease of sensor replacement, and competitive price make it an excellent choice for a wide range of applications involving heat treat and vacuum furnaces, electron beam welders, thin film coating processes, cryogenics, pharmaceutical product processes, and many more.
